ALPHA6000E/6000M series economic AC drive is an economical high-performance product under open loop vector control. It is dedicated for small-sized equipment. Outstanding control performance allows this product to meet demands in various motion drive fields.

V/F Control
V/F control mode comes with outstanding control performance of vector control. It is insensitive to motor parameters.

It can control the motor to run stably with 150% rated torque at 0.5Hz.

Non-PG Vector Control (Open Loop Vector Control)
Independent current loop control can achieve the real torque control. It supports the immediate switching between torque control mode and speed control mode.

Superb Control Performance

0.1s acceleration-deceleration under rated torque
No sudden change or oscillation occurs in current phase when motor rotation reverses at zero speed.
Stable mains voltage control comes true. Quick and reliable brake is attainable at deceleration even without dynamic brake.
Trip-free running is truly realized.
The AC drive adopts state-of-the-art technology of both current and voltage control. It runs stably without trip when alternatively accelerated and decelerated in 0.1s command.
With strong overload capability, the AC drive can work constantly for 20s with 180% rated load, and 1min with 150% rated load.
The AC drive runs stably with large torque at low frequency under vector control mode. It provides unique treatment to instantaneous power-failure.
